The handbook aims to give basic theoretical preparation but also to encourage the students in taking their first steps into the field of scientific research.
The handbook contains eight lectures accompanied by practical seminars for the medical students in the disciplines "Social Medicine" and "Biostatistics" at the Medical University of Varna. The lecture exercises are for the purpose of direct exam preparation, better understanding of the material and application of the theory from the lectures.
The collection contains 8 lectures and seminar exercises attached to them, intended for medical students in the disciplines "Social Medicine" and "Biostatistics" of MU-Varna. The exercises for the lectures are aimed directly at their exam preparation, better assimilation of the material and application of the theory from the lectures. The aim of the manual is both to give basic theoretical training and to encourage students in their first steps in scientific research.
