This document contains the general terms and conditions under which RIG-3-PRESS OOD, with its registered office and registered office address: Varna, 16 Ivan Drasiv Street, registered in the Commercial Register at the Registry Agency with UIC 201444818, provides services and products to its users through the online store city-studio-bg.com. 1. Registration

If the user registers, he can fill out a registration form in which he indicates correct data necessary for issuing an invoice. Upon registration or upon purchase without registration by checking the box "I agree to the terms" the customer makes an electronic statement, by which he declares that he is familiar with these general terms and conditions and accepts them.

2. Terms and conditions for ordering goods

2.1. Order

 The delivery of goods from the City Center bookstore through the online store takes place after placing an order for the delivery of goods, in which the client must indicate the payment method, name and surname, delivery address, e-mail and contact phone number. Each valid and accepted order by the client automatically receives a service number and confirmation that it has been accepted.

2.2. Confirmation and execution of orders

 The Operator confirms each order placed by the client by phone. City Center Bookstore reserves the right not to fulfill an order placed through the online store if the client's filled-in data is incorrect or if the ordered goods are not available. The Operator is obliged to notify the client of this at the provided contact phone number or e-mail, if they are set correctly.

 The order confirmation takes place within the working day if the order is placed before 4:00 PM, and on the next working day if it is placed after 4:00 PM. In case the order is placed on a non-working day, the confirmation takes place on the next working day.

 The customer may cancel or change an order before its confirmation by the operator. In case of cancellation of an order, if the customer has paid an amount by credit or debit card, it will be refunded to the customer's account.

 The customer pays the value of the order at the prices specified in the order. In the event that the product cannot be delivered, the operator may offer an alternative product with similar characteristics and price, which the customer has the right to accept or refuse.

2.3. Delivery times and prices

 When ordering via a courier company for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria – up to three working days for regional cities or according to the delivery company's schedule for small settlements, and if possible the product is delivered on the next working day or the second (economic delivery), if this is explicitly selected by the customer. The price of delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria is determined by the monthly tariffs of the courier companies with which the bookstore has a contract. The customer is obliged to check the contents of the shipment and the compliance with the ordered goods before signing the bill of lading and paying the amount due in cases of cash on delivery.

 The payment term for orders requiring advance payment is up to 7 days from the date of order generation on the website. After its expiration and in the event of non-payment, the order is considered canceled.

 When ordering through a courier company for delivery outside the Republic of Bulgaria - the delivery time is up to 7 working days for Europe and up to 10 working days for other continents.

 When ordering through Bulgarian Post for delivery outside the Republic of Bulgaria - up to 15 working days for Europe and up to 30 working days for other continents.

2.4. Complaints

 In case of a delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, the operator of the City Center bookstore is obliged to notify the customer of this and indicate a new delivery date. In case the product is damaged during transport, it will be replaced at the expense of the sender.

 If a defective product is found within 24 hours of receipt and if the commercial appearance of the product and packaging is intact, City Center undertakes to replace it with a new one or to refund the amount deposited for the product, in accordance with Art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act, starting from the date on which the consumer exercised his right of withdrawal. The transport and other costs of receiving and returning the product are at the expense of City Center. In case of non-compliance of the product with the main characteristics specified on the page, the amount deposited for the product by the consumer is refunded, including the transport costs charged for the acquisition of the product in accordance with Art. 59 para. 3 of the Consumer Protection Act and within 7 days of receipt of the product and the commercial appearance of the product and packaging is intact. The integrity of the transport packaging is an exception.

 Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods to the bank account specified by the buyer in the declaration. In case the customer paid with a bank card, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account and card from which the payment was made.

2.5. Warranty conditions

 In case of a defect, missing pages or parts of the book, peeling or tearing of the cover from the book body, the book will be replaced with a new one. When purchasing a disc or other multimedia products, in case of physical damage or inability to open the content via digital media, the item will be replaced with a new one.

 These conditions do not apply to antiquarian books. Since they are used, City Center does not guarantee their good commercial condition. In the event that the antiquarian book is in poor condition or damaged, this will be mentioned in the description and will be visible in the photos, and by requesting to purchase it, the buyer agrees to this.

 To replace a product due to a defect, the buyer must call 0878924069 during business hours - Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and provide a delivery note number. "City Center" indicates the address to which the customer should return the product and the courier company it works with. The return can only be made on business days between 9:00 and 17:00. In case the customer wishes to return the book in another way, except for the suggested ones, the costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense.

2.6. Terms and methods of payment

 The prices of the goods and services described on city-studio-bg.com include VAT. RIG-3-PRESS Ltd. reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, as well as to correct incorrect technical and other parameters of the goods. Typographical errors, differences in the color presentation of the products, as well as changes in their design are possible.

2.6.1. Cash on delivery

 When paying by cash on delivery, the customer pays the amount due upon delivery of the goods by the courier, along with the transportation costs.

2.6.2. Bank card

 Payment by bank card is made through the online card payment system. The customer is transferred to the online card payment system, where he enters his bank card details and makes the payment due. The transfer includes the cost of the courier delivery service and the customer does not owe any additional fees upon receipt of the goods.

 Payments are accepted via MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, VISA, VISA Electron, V PAY bank cards.

 The customer must fill in card details (number, expiration date, 3-digit security code, cardholder name, address).

2.6.3. Card data protection
