This document contains the general conditions according to which RIG-3-PRESS OOD, with headquarters and management address: city of Varna, 16 Ivan Drasiv Street, entered in the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency with EIC 201444818, provides services and products to its users through the online store city-studio-bg.com. The user expressly and unconditionally agrees to the present general conditions for the use of the site and the online store.
1. Registration
Registration is not mandatory for shopping through the online store, but the user must provide a first and last name, a valid delivery address, a phone number and an e-mail address. If the user registers, he can fill out a registration form, in which he must indicate correct data necessary for issuing an invoice. Upon registration or upon purchase without registration by ticking the "I agree with the terms" field, the customer makes an electronic statement declaring that he is familiar with the present general terms and conditions and accepts them.
2. Conditions for ordering goods
2.1. An order
The delivery of goods from the "City Center" bookstore through the online store takes place after an order has been placed for the delivery of goods, in which the customer must specify the method of payment, name and surname, delivery address, e-mail and contact phone number. Each valid and accepted order by the customer automatically receives a service number and confirmation that it has been accepted.
2.2. Confirmation and fulfillment of orders
An operator confirms by phone every order made by the customer. "City Center" Bookstore reserves the right not to fulfill an order made through the online store if the customer's data is incorrect or if there is no availability of the ordered product. The operator is obliged to notify the customer about this on the provided contact phone number or e-mail, if they are set correctly.
Confirmation of the order takes place within the working day if the order is placed before 4:00 p.m., and on the next working day if it is placed after 4:00 p.m. In case the order is placed on a non-working day, the confirmation takes place on the next working day.
The customer can refuse or change an order before its confirmation by an operator. In case of cancellation of an order, if the customer has paid an amount by credit or debit card, it will be refunded to the customer's account.
The customer pays the value of the order at the prices specified in the order. In the event that the product cannot be delivered, the operator may offer an alternative product with similar characteristics and price, which the customer has the right to accept or refuse.
2.3. Terms and price of delivery
When ordering through a courier company for the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria - up to three working days for regional cities or according to the company's schedule for delivery in small towns, and if possible, the product is delivered on the next working day or on the second (economical delivery), if this is explicitly selected by the customer. The price of delivery within the Republic of Bulgaria is determined by the monthly tariffs of the courier companies with which the bookstore has a contract. The customer is obliged to check the contents of the shipment and the conformity with the ordered goods before signing the bill of lading and paying the amount due in the case of cash on delivery.
The payment term for orders requiring advance payment is up to 7 days from the date of order generation on the website. After its expiry and in the event of non-payment, the order is considered refused.
When ordering through a courier company for delivery outside the Republic of Bulgaria - the delivery time is up to 7 working days for Europe and up to 10 working days for the rest of the continents.
When ordering through Bulgarian Post for delivery outside the Republic of Bulgaria - up to 15 working days for Europe and up to 30 working days for other continents.
2.4. Complaints
In the event of a delay in delivery, regardless of the reasons, the operator of the City Center bookstore is obliged to notify the customer about this and indicate a new delivery date. If the product is damaged in transit, it will be replaced at the sender's expense.
If a defective product is detected within 24 hours of its receipt and if the commercial appearance of the product and packaging is intact, "City Center" undertakes to replace it with a new one or to refund the amount deposited for the product, according to Art. 55 of the Civil Code, starting from the date on which the user exercised his right of withdrawal. Transport and other costs of receiving and returning the goods are at the expense of "City Center". In case of non-compliance of the goods with the main characteristics indicated on the page, the amount deposited for the goods by the consumer is refunded, including the transport costs charged for the acquisition of the goods in accordance with Art. 59 para. 3 of the PPE and within 7 days of receipt of the goods and undamaged commercial appearance of the goods and packaging. The exception is the integrity of the transport packaging.
Refunds are made within 30 days of receiving the goods to the bank account specified by the buyer in the declaration. In case the customer has paid with a bank card, the amount is refunded to the same bank account and card from which the payment was made.
2.5. Warranty
If a defect is detected, pages or parts of the book are missing, the cover is detached or sewn from the body of the book, the book is replaced with a new one. When purchasing a disc or other multimedia products, in case of physical damage or inability to open the content using a digital medium, the item is replaced with a new one.
These conditions do not apply to antiquarian books. As they are used, City Center does not guarantee their good merchantability. In the event that the antique book has poor appearance or damages, this will be mentioned in the description of it and will be visible in the photos and by requesting to buy it, the buyer agrees to this.
To exchange a product due to a defect, the buyer must call 0878924069 during business hours - Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. excluding Saturdays and Sundays and public holidays and indicate the number of the delivery note. "City Center" indicates the address to which the customer should return the goods and the courier company it works with. Returns can only be made on working days between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. In the event that the customer wishes to return the book in a way other than the one offered, the costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer.
2.6. Terms and methods of payment
The prices of the goods and services described on city-studio-bg.com include VAT. RIG-3-PRESS OOD reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notification, as well as to correct incorrect technical and other parameters of the goods. Typographical errors, differences in the color presentation of the products, as well as a change in their design are possible.
2.6.1. Cash on Delivery
When paying by cash on delivery, the customer pays the amount due upon delivery of the goods by the courier together with the transport costs.
2.6.2. Bank Card
Payment by bank card is made through the online card payment system. The customer is transferred to the online card payment system, where he enters his bank card details and makes the due payment. The cost of the courier delivery service is included in the transfer and the customer does not owe any additional fees upon receiving the goods.

The customer must fill in the card details (number, date of validity, 3-digit security code, name of the cardholder, address).
2.6.3. Protection of card data

2.6.4. Purchase on credit
