The book is dedicated to the most common endocrine diseases of the hypothalamic-pituitary region.
In a relatively abbreviated form, the most important modern data are presented to allow the reader to understand the nature of the nosological units commonly encountered in practice and the principles of their influence. The book is aimed at different readers - mainly practicing endocrinologists, as well as young doctors preparing for the entrance exam in the specialty "Endocrinology and metabolic diseases".
The book could also be useful for students or doctors from other specialties (internists, neurosurgeons, etc.) to expand and supplement their knowledge. It is not intended to be part of the series of expanded Bulgarian endocrinology manuals, but rather to fill the void until the appearance of an even more detailed exposition treating diseases of the hypothalamic-pituitary region.
