The book contains 2850 terms on the subject, arranged in alphabetical order of the Latin term, with an appendix "Bulgarian-Latin Dictionary of Terms and Congenital Anomalies". The focus is especially on pediatrics and neonatology, because 3% of newborns have a significant physical abnormality, and almost all congenital diseases and syndromes manifest in childhood.
