Immunotherapy is part of a direction in medicine called biological therapy. It uses the mechanisms of immune system, to cause a reaction to tumors cells that, due to complex and complex mechanisms, do not cause such a reaction. The use of immunotherapy together with chemotherapy is called immunochemotherapy, and together with radiotherapy – immunoradiotherapy.
