Hypertension and local anesthesia in dental practice
The quest to optimize local anesthesia leads to the synthesis of new drugs, the goal of which is to increase activity at the expense of reducing side effects on organs and systems. The impact of local anesthetics on patients with various co-morbidities deters many dentists from using them. There are a number of studies aimed at clarifying the negative effects of anesthetics and at the same time developing algorithms for their use due to their necessity. All this turns local anesthesia in dental practice into a general medical problem, which necessitates the study of options for the optimization of algorithms for the application of local anesthesia in all groups of patients.
