Medical University - Varna purchased the rights for the translation and publication of Textbook of Clinical Radiology. Defined as an invaluable handbook, guide and indispensable educational tool, it is among the best textbooks for the specialty "Image diagnostics".
Under the editorship of three Austrian professors of radiology - M. Breitenseer, P. Pockieser, G. Lechner, the original edition collects in 44 chapters everything that a student in the field should know. Key aspects of recent innovations in each subspecialty and organ system are presented, and the content is richly illustrated with sketches, diagrams, and illustrations.
The Bulgarian version of the textbook is the result of the unreserved work of medical specialists and specialists in imaging diagnostics and nuclear medicine from the University of Medicine - Varna, the Imaging Clinic of UMBAL "St. Marina" - Varna and the Imaging Clinic of Acibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital. The editors of the Bulgarian edition are Prof. Dr. Galina Kirova and Prof. Dr. Boyan Balev. The team of translators includes 26 medical specialists.
The textbook is intended mainly for medical students, but it is also a proven faithful assistant for teachers, radiologists and other specialists with an interest in the field.
