The textbook "Criminal Process: Tables, Schemes, Definitions, Literature" is in accordance with the thematic plan of the discipline "Criminal Procedural Law", studied in law faculties, the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and other higher schools. It contains schemes, tables and definitions on the main topics of the training course and is based on the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code.
The clearness and brevity of the schematically presented material will help the students to more easily navigate the criminal procedural matter, as well as to better prepare for the seminar classes and the exams. With the help of the textbook, teachers can diversify, optimize and systematize the learning process in criminal procedural law.
