THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF NURSING TRAINING
The nursing profession in European countries has a well-defined theory and methodology, with well-established traditions of professional growth and development. Placing professional autonomy and responsibility as a priority in the training of nurses in our country is a guarantee for their future realization. A priority in the education of nurses is the formation of professional behavior and the construction of professional skills, which shows the responsibility of the student in relation to making professional decisions, and not only the provision of a certain amount of knowledge. The new programs on nursing care are aimed at creating conditions for emphasizing autonomous decision-making by the nurse in accordance with regulated legal responsibilities.
