Atlas of oral surgery in the outpatient setting
Principles and Biomechanics of Aligner Treatment, 1st Edition
Oral surgery occupies a certain place in the daily outpatient practice of the dental doctor. It requires in-depth knowledge, a differentiated approach, marked pedantry and a certain amount of justified self-confidence.
The atlas has no analogue in our dental literature and presents the entire oral surgery in an original way. The style in which operative interventions are described is clear and detailed, complemented by well-adapted, synchronously arranged color illustrations. The material is divided into 8 self-developed chapters, arranged in alphabetical order.
Contemporary Orthodontics, 6th Edition
The nuances in operative approaches in the treatment of abscesses in the LCHO, dictated by the anatomical features of the area in which they develop, are described. In the chapter on cysts, the treatment is divided, due to differences in operative techniques, into two parts: cysts of the jaws and cysts of the soft tissues.
The methods for the treatment of acute and chronic periodontitis are presented in a suitable form. The methods for tooth and tooth root extractions are described and illustrated in detail, the differences in the approaches in the extraction of individual cases of impacted wisdom teeth from the lower and upper jaw, of impacted canine teeth from upper jaw and other retained teeth.
In a tight form, a method for extirpation of stones in the outlet channel of the submandibular salivary gland is indicated.
Accepting the thesis that without good local anesthesia there is no effective modern dentistry, injection local anesthesia is described with marked detail and accuracy.
The visualization presents every moment of the injection technique. Several new methods are also described.
From periodontal surgery, the methods applicable only by dental doctors without the specific specialty have been selected.
Orthodontics, 6th Edition
The last chapter is devoted to pre-prosthetic surgery. Operative methods on bone structures, on soft tissues, vestibuloplasty and the operative part of implantology are presented. Using my many years of pedagogical and professional surgical experience, I have tried to present the diversity of oral surgery in a well-ordered, understandable and useful form for dentists, so that it represents a valuable aid for practicing dental doctors, students and interns from the three faculties - in Sofia , Plovdiv and Varna.
The book is a deluxe edition: artfully designed hardcover, digitally printed on white paper and covers 290 pages, 1452 color illustrations and 4 appendices.
