Diana Ivanova graduated from MU-Sofia, majoring in "Nursing - General Profile". She began her professional career at UB "Lozenets" - Sofia, in the Cardiology Clinic, and later in the Cardiac Surgery Clinic, as a nurse. She has two master's degrees from the Faculty of Social Medicine and Organization of Healthcare and Pharmacy of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" in the field of pedagogy. In 2014, she obtained the scientific and educational degree "doctor" in social medicine and organization of healthcare and pharmacy after successfully defending her dissertation "Organizational model for nursing care in patients with acute myocardial infarction" at MU - Sofia, FOH. She is currently an associate professor of public health (social medicine) - a lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine of Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" to students majoring in "Nursing". Since 2019, she has been the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Medicine.
