EUROPHARMA-2
"Europharma-1 started at a time when our entire country, and with it science, crossed the Rubicon, aiming for a more modern and normal European way of life. It became an expression of striving for a way of existence and norms of professionalism and intellectual power that are also attainable by us. As is known, the European Union /EU/ is a fully integrated community that requires the removal of barriers in all areas of life, including medicine. With the increasing complexity of science, with new innovations constantly appearing and entering the field of medicine/, especially in the creation of drugs, it is important that the decisions related to their fate are made by well-prepared professionals-lists-experts in this field, and in uniform norms and criteria. Bulgaria cannot remain aloof from the development of world medicine / which unfortunately some incompetent officials are currently trying to do / and as a member of the EU it perceives and must obey the generally accepted rules for conducting modern pharmacotherapy, which at the last annual meeting /2011/ of the International Drug Information Organization /DIA/ in Geneva raised it to the level of PERSONAL THERAPY, in which the leading innovative principle is "ExsePepse in Pharmacotherapy. Practice has indicated, and the World Health Organization /WHO/ has authoritatively proven that such an innovative health drug policy can only be carried out by well-prepared clinical pharmacologists and clinical pharmacists, who have long occupied their rightful place in drug policy in developed countries, but not in our country. Their place should be sought among academic circles, and their opinion/ and not that of laymen-financiers, administrators, etc./ should be decisive in making decisions of a national nature. Precisely by setting such tasks and goals, the EUROPHARMA-2 almanac was created, in which leading national and international specialists discuss innovations in modern pharmacotherapy. It could not have been created without the enthusiastic, active creative participation of many people. Therefore, we express warm and heartfelt gratitude to all authors and creators, to the "ARSO" publishing house in the person of Dr. Konstantin Petrov and Eng. Ivet Petrova, head assistant. Stanislav Georgiev and the leadership of the Association of Scientific Research Pharmaceutical Manufacturers in Bulgaria, as well as the advertising companies!
