Collection of recipes for feeding children from 0 to 3 years
In recent decades, data has been continuously accumulating that the age from 0 to 3 years is critical and decisive for the development of the child and it is then that the risk of development can be reduced later on some chronic non-infectious diseases such as cardiovascular, hypertension, diabetes etc. All specialists agree that building a healthy diet from the time the child is born plays a huge role in lowering this risk.
The collection has been approved by the Ministry of Health as a guide for implementing the principles of healthy nutrition for children from 0 to 3 years of age in daycare centers and kitchens, but it can be successfully applied by all mothers and is extremely useful. It includes the modern requirements for full and healthy nutrition, as well as the requirements for quality and safe foods, suitable for children in infancy and early childhood, with practical instructions and examples facilitating their implementation.
The recommendations given in the collection are in line with European trends, and the authors have also taken the most positive aspects of the model of feeding children from our traditions. The proposed recipes include a wide variety of food products - both traditional and non-traditional for the Bulgarian eating model.
