The key word in our lives is attention - to every detail and especially to food, says Dr. Maria Papazova, a holistic doctor.
We cannot bribe or fool the biological clock
Everyone should be aware of the rhythm of activity of the organs during the day and move according to it. The biological clock dictates to us to get up at dawn - between 5 and 7 a.m., when the activity of the colon is at its highest (according to the so-called colon meridian). The first thing we need to do for the day is to prepare our intestines for food by washing them.
No one washes their eyes with coffee and the same goes for their intestines. Therefore, in the morning, immediately after getting up, it is important to drink between 500 ml (minimum) and a liter of water, preferably warm. There is an ancient Chinese wisdom, "Death stalks a person from the intestines", so it is good to wash them very conscientiously, advises Dr. Papazova.
