How to Communicate with Strangers is a must read book…I love it. It will change not only the way you perceive strangers, but also how you view yourself, the news, the world in general. This book really changed me.

An important source of advice for how to really get to know others... Gladwell brilliantly makes the case that we need to stop taking things for granted, realize that no one is truly transparent, and understand that (human) behavior is bound by unseen circumstances.
People, Book of the Week
At a time when the world seems irreconcilably polarized, a book that explores the reasons why we misinterpret the behavior of others or fail completely at communication seems more necessary than ever... It reads like a thriller.
Chris Barton, Los Angeles Times
Mr. Gladwell's most impressive success becomes clear the moment the skeptic begins to think that maybe we're actually wrong about everything, and that, you see, this dude Gladwell might just be on to something... The relative weight of "How to we communicate with strangers' is greater than this of his previous ones titles.
